This virtual drop-in class is designed for people who do not wish to get down onto a mat on the floor or for anyone with mobility restrictions resulting from age, injury, illness, or chronic disease. No yoga props needed – just a chair. We will explore movement with breath, and action with awareness. Gentle and uplifting. Come explore this transformative and accessible practice.
