Gentle Chair Movement – Let’s get curious and explore some simple embodiment practices through movement, breath, and attention in order to connect with and experience our wholeness. This chair-based virtual movement practice is perfect for everyone, including those with mobility restrictions, seniors, and those recovering from illness or injury.
