This virtual group generates conversation about the way we view ourselves and how our self-esteem has been shaped. Group members are encouraged to share challenges and brainstorm ways to raise their self-esteem when they are feeling down. Peers will also be challenged to think about the way that their self esteem affects their overall mental and physical well-being.
