This group is to support individuals searching for new skills for managing the daily stressors of life. Many of us struggle with finding the tools for effectively dealing with situations related to anxiety, feeling stuck, controlling our anger, expressing ourselves, and finding discipline.
The participants in this group will learn about “the tools” developed by Phil Stutz and Barry Michels to explore new ways of engaging with these challenging situations. These “tools” are meant to be skill based and empowerment focused, meaning that participants will have the opportunity to build techniques that will be usable in their daily lives.
Tonya and Kyle will work in collaboration with the participants to understand all of “the tools” and hopefully gain a wider perspective on effective wellness techniques.
